What happens to your prompts

The Prompt Report Card processes the text you submit to generate a grade and diagnosis. JenAI Group does not store your submitted prompt text in its own application database. To keep repeat grading consistent, the app may temporarily store a one-way keyed fingerprint of the submission and the generated report for up to 30 days.

Your prompt text is sent to OpenAI to generate the grade and diagnosis. OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default and may retain API data for a limited period for security and abuse monitoring. The cached fingerprint used by The Prompt Report Card cannot be used by the app to reconstruct your prompt text, although the generated report may repeat non-sensitive details from what you submitted.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, client, HR, legal, medical, classified, or personally identifying information.

You do not need to provide your name or email address to view your grade. If you choose to receive a PDF report card, the information you provide is shared with the email delivery service as needed to send the report.
